GISConneX Support Team is dedicated to providing timely, expert assistance to all of our customers. We assist our users with the installation and maintenance of GISConneX Software. Our analysts are able to log enhancement requests and bugs submitted by our users.

Our users may contact Technical Support by telephone between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Eastern Time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). The email and online support request form are available to clients 24 hours a day.
User must provide the company name, an email for contact and details about the problem (such as error messages, log files, steps to reproduce the problem), or just describe the question. User must also be eligible to receive support in order for us to process the request.
Each reported incident is given a unique incident number for referencing, that will be sent by email to the client.
